Our Pressure Die Casting Shop has 12 Horizontal Cold Chamber HPDC machines ranging from 120 tons to 1600 tons. We have installed in-line N2 De-gassing and metal cleaning facility. We have in house facilities for Stress relieving. Shot-blasting and powder-coating are done on a captive basis for us.

As a further step towards vertical integration, we are setting up our Alloy making division at K 99, MIDC, Waluj, Aurangabad, which will produce various grades of Aluminum alloys, in strict conformance to specifications. The alloy will be produced both, for our captive consumption as well as for customers who require the alloy in billet form. This Division is expected to be operational by Sep-2019.

The Machine Shop comprises of Vertical Machining Centres and CNC Lathes, besides some SPM’s to meet the machining requirements of our customers. For precise measurement of various parameters, each stage is equipped with Air Gauges and other co-relation gauges, to ensure strict adherence to stringent quality norms.

The Machine Shop comprises of Simultaneous Five axis and Three axis Vertical Machining Centers and CNC Lathes, besides some SPM’s to meet the machining requirements of our customers. For precise measurement of various parameters, each stage is equipped with Air Gauges and other co-relation gauges, to ensure strict adherence to stringent quality norms. We also have a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine on which the components are checked from time to time to ensure process compliance.

Leak testing of components is done as per customer requirements.

• BPMPL launched its state-of-art tool room in 2016. Constant Innovation has ensured that BPMPL tool room is the one of the best tool room for providing casting & tooling solution. Since inception, we have emerged as a key player in designing, manufacturing & productionizing the tool.

• We manufacture custom-built High quality tooling that caters to a wide range of industries including the automobile sector. We are highly experienced in pressure die casting die & Casting Trimming Tools.

• We have 3-CNC Machines, 5 Conventional Machines, 4 Designer & 20 trained associates & total strength of 30 employees. CAD/CAM Software like Unigraphics is used to create designs which are validated on Magna flow from outside facility.

• We are a system driven organization, eager to learn & experiment in tune with the latest technology. Rich learning experience gained with international customers like Borg Warner , BRP, Caterpillar & Domestic customer like Bajaj Auto Ltd , Greaves etc has established us as one of the most Preferred Tool Room.

Design and Development forms the very basis for producing a good quality product.

Our experienced engineers are well equipped to design and manufacture HPDC dies, trim tools and machining fixtures to cater to your requirements. The process begins with Advance Product Quality Planning and ends with PPAP of the manufacturing process and the part.

CAD/CAM facilities installed include NX-CAD, 5-Axis NX-CAM.

Creo, AutoCAD for 2D Modeling, Hypermill for 5-Axis CAM is under planning stage.

G-Code simulation for both simultaneous 5-axis machines is installed.

Only 3D modeling work is also carried out for customers who offer only modeling assignments.
